This is often the most useful format when you are genuinely undecided.
A post-purchase assessment is still valuable — it tells you what to expect from the property and how to position your layout and daily routines to work with its energy. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of a home you have committed to is more useful than not knowing. The goal shifts from selection to optimisation.
Yes — the property selection service covers all residential property types, including HDB resale and new BTO flats, condominiums, and landed homes. It is also available for commercial properties. The assessment principles are consistent across all types, though the specific considerations differ.
For the most accurate assessment, an on-site visit is preferred — it allows Master Lo to take a compass reading, assess the external environment, and review the internal layout directly. For properties not yet accessible (e.g. new launches), an assessment can be conducted using the floor plan, facing direction, and surrounding site map. Master Lo will advise on the best approach for your specific situation.
